Raby A&E Radiology Survival Course

The next A&E Radiology Survival Course (run by Nigel Raby et al) will be held on Thursday 18th December at Glasgow Medical School.

This well established event is known for focussing on the essentials: tips, tricks and pitfalls of interpreting plain radiography in the A&E department.  You can find a more personal review of the course here.

Nigel is co-author of the bestselling A&E Radiology Survival Guide (link to Amazon.co.uk) – of which the Third Edition has recently been published.

Is this course relevant to me?

Nigel and his lecture team cover the evaluation of skeletal trauma. It does not detail or classify obvious fractures but starts from the premise that “this xray looks normal to me, am I missing anything“?

It provides methods of systematic inspection and what to look for.

Cost £100 for course only or £130 for course PLUS copy of book

Date :   Thursday 18th December

Venue:   Glasgow Medical School
